Would you want to work in telesales?

I used to be a manager in a telesales office, and we did get some nasty people, but none like this guy

I too have a dislike of cold-tele-sales calls. I'm ex-directory with unidentified caller reject, listed with the Telephone Preference Service

AND

I STILL GET INFURIATING TELE SALES CALLS

so i can see the customers point of view

If you stop them in their tracks and especially if they are reading some sort of script parrat fashion it soon confuses them, better still start talking some foreign lingo that even you cannot understand, the mumbo jumbo will soon make them loose interest,at one time it seemed that every time that I started making my tea after a hard days work I got someone flogging something,I especially like the line 'I am not selling anything just doing a market survey' a sure sign that they have something to sell you.
