I've known about this site for a while. It's got a lot of blueprints for not only cars, but also ships, planes, phones, weapons, tanks, trains etc.

The Blueprints, reference image database, with more than 41000 blueprints, templates, 3/4/5-views and drawings
The actual blueprints do vary in style a bit though.

Interesting site, just wish they would put the scale on them as most are quite small but useful.
I have just found this site with some cad images done for model companies. More for fun than serious drawings I was interested in the 1:48 drawings for the Mosquito they did for Revell. Some amazing detail in these drawings but as I was looking for the correct shaped spinners which come in for quite a bit of criticism, I have to assume that these drawings are in fact the wrong shape that the kit was made from.
