Thanks guys. I'll redo the gatling gun at a later date. so that I still have. The first humvee is gone but the other one towing the gatling gun is still around. I have plans for it. It'll be made into a tactical anti-terrorist vehicle.

Could they not be used in a "battle damaged" scenario where the details that you were unhappy about were hidden or deliberatly destroyed/roughed up with shell holes or explosion damage ? Look good on one of your tranporters. Just a thought, I`m like Barry, I hardly throw anything away. You can throw your trash in my direction any day !

I agree. In the past models that I haven't been too happy with have been used in diorama's as backgrounds to a main item with the not too good bits hidden or covered up.

I guess if you are a very prolific builder then you can only run out of room eventually and you have to have a process of recycling.

Hi Hans. Tack. You've been modeling a really long time. Wow! Impressed. I'm 37 and started building back in 2002. I'm still learning and always want my models to look great. Everytime I see another person's work I just say, now I really have to improve myself.

Nyköping? I live in Avesta.

That´s true it´s a long time of modeling but i have lost, given away and scrapt so many models in my days that there are nearly nothing left to look at now. The nearly only ones i got left is a navy sailor date 1958 from Aurora and the Ferguson tractor from Arfix i´ts dates from1956 i belive. They are rather rare kits, hard to find. Glad that i have saved them. But no hard fealings about that i have my skill, my spare box and years of info and magasins and books. Forums and people like you to help me, now I´ts time to restarted on Revell´s ship Hawaian Pilot and J.L.Hanna they gonna be so great that they will be with my in my grave. Hasse.

Hasse,if you get a minute would you photograph that little grey Airfix tractor for us ? I have heard a lot about this model but never seen one, that was the kit that started Airfix off,it would be great to have a record of it here for people to see.
Originally the model was only given away at the companies trade stands, then Airfix must have talked them into a general release, the rest is history,Airfix were really in the business of making hundreds of kit subjects.
