| Unhappy for my online purchasing from World Collector from UK
Most people know about Heco Miniature is one of the finest scale model companies. Their products are high quality and expensive. A few months ago, I bought 7 pieces of Bugatti Royale from an online scale model sourcing company, “World Collector” from UK. The seller mentioned that all model cars were in excellent condition and no loose parts.
However, when I received the models, I found one of models has loose parts inside the plastic bags. The fact is that the seller had never ever mentioned about this loose parts. When I asked him about loose parts, he firstly replied "heco models often have loose parts that are placed into bags." I felt surprise he wrote this to me and I disagreed and did not satisfied his answer. Then he wrote to me that the US custom put the loose parts into the plastic bags after scan the package.
First of all, does Heco Miniature often have loose parts that are placed into bags?
Secondly, Is the US custom used to put the parts inside the bags after scanning?
