Great model Andy, I do like the way you make old kits and bring them up to date. I made a model of the Lunar Module once but I think a smaller scale and round about the time when they actually landed, which was 1969!!

Fond memories.

I once had a lengthy conversation with a young engineer about the day they landed on the moon and what we did at school. It never even occured to me that he wasn't around then!

Thanks tag.

lol, I am certainly not against conspiracy theries, if people didn't come up with them then the damn governments would get away with a hell of a lot more than they already do, but this particular one, give us a BREAK !!!!

They do come up with some credible points for them not landing but I always go back to the same argument, the Russians ( was it ussr at the time ? ) and Americans hated each other and were in a 'Race' to the Moon ( people seem to forget that ). Therefore I think it's safe to say that if the US did not land on the moon the Russians would have known and soon let the rest of the world know about it... and pretty quickly too !

And as the astronauts said themselves in a recent documentry in the UK about the Apollo missions, if they had faked it why the hell would then they go on and fake it another 6 times !!!

This one really is a conspiracy theory to far and I find it a bit of an insult to the guys that did walk on the Moon and the amazing group of people that made it happen, 39 years ago, just amazing !

Christ in the uk in 2008 the thick idiots can't even put down a flat piece of tarmac when making a new road lol...Andy

Hmmm come to think of it that sounds familiar, Woman, faking it, why do they do it ? NOT THAT I WOULD KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SUCH THINGS, then I guess that's the answer to why they do LOL..
