German grey Famo
Hello al
I am just about to paint my 1/35 Tamiya Famo German Grey but i am not sure how to shade it so some areas look darker than others especially where panels join.
Thank you for reading another one of my dilemmas.

HI Dave i have built this kit it is in my gallery page if you'd like to have a look, i would do a black primer, then airbrush with XF63 German grey, once dry mix 90% thinner and 10% black paint and wash the whole vehicle. Then mix german grey and white to give you a grey 1 shade lighter than german grey and lightly airbrush or dry brush the centres of every panel, for acheiving a chipping effect i would mix matt black and brown in a 50-50 mix carefully paint the edges of the panels and anywhere the crew use.
I hope this is useful
