      Trumpeter 1/32 Mig3

I made a start on the Mig a few days back and have almost completed the office with just some seat belts and instrument dials to add. This is a simple kit with only a 108 parts there's no engine to build but the office is very well detailed. The kit is up to Trumpeters usual standard with subtle panel lines and rivet detail. This is the first time I have attempted to make two models at the same time but I think it will work out ok alternating between the two. The Mig is a very small aircraft and its fuselage is only 2/3 the length of the Sturmovik that I'm building, its wingspan is even smaller than a Bf109.

Thanks Guys. Here's a small update fuselage walls are painted and a dry fit with the office. Still working on the instrument dials and half way through making some seat belts. Here's a photo of the mig in comparison to the Sturmovik as you can see it really is small!.

Nice start vaughan, its a good kit,of a not very often seen aircraft. The only tip I can offer is this - when I built mine , I spent ages gluing in the etched hinges and pins in the wings only to find that they didnt really move after assembly and painting ! Maybe if I did another I would just glue the ailerons in and not bother with the P.E. stuff!Looking forward to seeing the build progress , cheers tony
