Wings Albatros C1

Hi All,

It great to see other Albatros C1's are still around today.

I have dug out an picture from an old RCM&E for some of the wings models.

Attached is a picture which we took 15 years or so ago of the remaining ' Wings Models ' which were on display at the ' Flambards Village ' or otherwise Cornwall Aero Park. May be the Fokker, BE2c & Avro are still around today - who know's ?

Mike

Duncan
It was a Heinkel 59 - better not post it here or I'll be off-topic
Now owned by a fellow club member and may appear at Loch Insh again this year?

Sorry , yes off topic. Hope to see it again, the guy`n gals here will love it. More Flambards and Wings please. I remember seeing a film person person spray one of Boddies pristine (and weathered) models before a shoot with dye hair spray from the make up dept. It was awful. In the air it looked OK on the screen it was perfect ! Think it was for Wings, cant remember where, maybe Shuttleworth but....? Edit: must have been typing at the same time Barry, you`ll love the Heinkel.
