Well it seems that the Alcock A.1 might have been a bit hard to identify, (we didn't even hear from Professor Barry).
It used the forward fuselage and lower wings of a Sopwith Triplane,the Upper wings of a Pup and the tailplane and elevators of a Camel.
How about a slightly more modern one then?
