JASDF 50th Anniversary "Blue Eagle" (F-15J)

Hi everyone.

This is my first post here, also a noob collector, so please bear with it. =)

I recently bought the aircraft stated in my topic title from Witty Wings aka Sky Guardian.

The aircraft came in secured by two plastic halves moulded to provide support for the a/c while in the box and also covered by soft plastic sheets inside.

Thing is, when I removed the a/c from the box and took away the plastic sheets, I noticed an oil-like, shiny stain on the paint work. The rest of the paint work is smooth but not shiny like that patch. The shiny patch is on the engine exhaust area, just before the exhaust nozzles. The 'stain' is 'oil-like' but it is definitely not oil..

How can i remove that shiny patch? Because water doesn't seem to work. Or maybe i didn't rub hard enough or something...

Please help me! ='(

Thanks in advance.
