Advice - selling classic Lark helicopter

Hi folks,
I have had a MM Lark helicopter designed by Peter Valentine, sitting on top of my wardrobe for the last 15 years (or more). It has all the bits, including inflatable floats & two Futaba Ripmax controllers ( with dead batteries ). As a noob, i was/am too scared to fly it & my local flying club h/c members would not touch it without modern gyros etc, etc, & now it has to go.
Wonwinglo, in his message about this model of 02/05/04 : http://66.102.9.104/search?q=cache:IwJfneVS4JUJ:www.scale-models.co.uk/showthread.php%3Fp%3D651+%22lark+helicopter%22&hl= en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=uk
talks of "specialist auctions" in London for classic models (& that "the design is considered of historical significance in the development of the model helicopter"), so:
1) Anyone have any current info on these auctions or
2) Any one want to buy a piece of history?

I am sure that model will fetch a good price, Just needs a good clean up and some Lubrication and I am sure she will be fine. I remember seeing many of these in the model shop just before I could afford to get into Heli's. When I could afford it I ended up buying the now ex UK Champions machine (John Wallington) He had modded the Heli for aerobatic flight, I bought it in 1984 and it is still with me performing today (good job I bought loads of spares back then as I still have them to keep this machine flying)

The particular machine I am referring to is a Kalt Baron 20 but as stated above, it was modded by John so is a very capable machine....it now has a .32 engine in it and flies superb...and like Barry's earlier post...there is no gyro in there either, I learnt to fly without one and still fly the same way today.

Regards.........Mark

Aerobatics !

Aerobatics, no gyros ? you are a braver man than me !

However, if anyone can give me some names of suitable auction houses ?

Many thanks.
