hi flyer , revell make a 1/32 scale jet ranger amongst quite a few others in 1/32,such as the various MBB helis ,theyre quite good value too ,only about £15 here in the uk, hope this helps , cheers tony

If it's any help, Revell make a set of three ADAC 'copters in 1/32 (Kit No 04441). I haven't started any - they're still in the stash - but they look OK. I found mine on ebay and I think I only paid £10 - £15 for the kit. I reckon that's pretty good value as they're still sealed in the original bags.

Thanks everyone. I still can not find any models. I've looked at the catalog for Revell, and they only show the Apache. I went on EBAY and found some models, but I have never heard of the companies before, so I don't want to chance it. I've also been searching dealers who sell Revell products, but I haven't found any Civilian helicopters. If you have a link, I would really appreciate it. Thanks for the help! I will keep looking.

hi flyer,i dont know if you are in the uk or not but Hannants.co.uk , have got the jet ranger and several other civilian choppers in 1/32 scale.im sure if you are stateside they would post to you, might be worth having a look . cheers tony

Thank you! I will have a look at that. I'm located in the US. I just ordered the Bell 47D. It is the "M*A*S*H model and looks beautiful. My biggest concern is how to get the job done right. I know that it takes time and practice, but I am so lost with the techniques and number of coats applied, etc...that I don't know where to begin. I am also thinking of making the switch to acrylics instead of enamels. I'm really not happy with Testors Enamels. But, this is for another thread. Thanks Tony for the link, I will check it out. 1/32 is the size I am looking for.
