| The Ensign Crossley racer, was designed and built in the eighties at the height of the miniature air racing boom in the UK,thousands of hours were spent drawing up what was expected to be the fastest machine in its class powered with a Continental C90 powerplant, and the revolutionery layout took everyone by surprise.
After completion the aircraft was moved to Redhill airfield where she languished until 1990 and then suddenly vanished into thin air, during this time attempts were made to get a permit to fly from the Popular Flying Association who are the governing body for home built aircraft in the UK,it appears that these were unsuccessful as they would not allow her to fly.
During July news of the aircrafts continued existance came to light when she appeared in an aircraft brokers yard, the picture shows her as is today,it is hoped that she will find a good fitting and loving home,if she went abroad then no doubt the aircraft would be allowed to fly,a very sad state of affairs.

| no i didn't, heres the pic and details from the traplet plans guide. The JM-3 ‘Pushy Galore’ #89 N89BB was a pusher-prop Formula One racer, and was the third Jim Miller design. Bruce Bohannon, raced it from its debut at Albuquerque, New Mexico in ’89, until ’96, with a fastest race of 237 mph. This unique model by Franz Schmidt is a semi-scale model for intermediate builders and flyers.
