Howdy Dave,

First, let me welcome you to the forum, we are glad you found us.
Ok, now onto your problem.
go to: http://www.revell.de/en/company/contact/index.html and fill out the form provided.
Inform them that you own a 1/32 scale model of an F 15 Eagle, include the stock number if possible, and explain what you are looking for. Then also let them know that you also own a 1/32 scale model of the tornado, include the stock number if possible, and explain what parts are needed for that kit. If at all possible, give the part numbers from the plastic sprues or instructions for the pieces needed.
Now, they may charge you the cost of the part, and/or shipping and handling, but since you are looking to purchase the parts anyway, this should be alot cheaper than an aftermarket retailer.
I hope this helps,

Have a good day,

Greg

PS, the kit stock number can be found on the instruction sheet usually

Howdy Dave,

Ok, tellya what i am gonna do...... If you can give me the kit number and part number of the parts needed, I will contact Squadron Models by telephone and inquire as to whether they have any in stock here in the US. If they do, I will get back with you. There are one or two other places I can contact here in the states also.
This will at the very least save you the cost of an overseas phone call and will let you know if the parts are around to be had.
So if you will just reply to this thread with the info above, I will contact them just as soon as I get the email with your reply. And get back with you just as soon as I get an answer....one way or the other. If I can find it, I will give you all the info on the "where", and "how much" and any "contact" info they can provide.

Have a good day,

Greg

Howdy Dave,

Ok, I will get right on this. Just as soon as I find out something, one way or the other, I will let you know.
As I stated before I plan on calling Squadron (mail order models co.) As well as a few others like "model rectifier". All of them that I contact will be wholesalers so maybe they can help. If any of them do have the parts, I will be sure to get you a quote for both the parts and shipping, then you can decide if you want to contact them and order the parts.
I hope to have some answers for you by Monday night my time. Just remember here in the States, I am six hours behind you in the UK.

Anyway, its a pleasure to be of some assistance and I will let you know something soon. Have a good day,

Greg

Howdy again Dave,

Just a quick update, It was 4:50 pm here when I got the kit info from you and made my last posting and being saturday and so close to 5 pm....well, you see where this is going lol.
However, I was able to get in contact with "squadron" but was told that I would have to comntact their customer service dept., not their ordering dept. and that they could be contacted Mon. thru Fri. until 5 pm.
So....it looks like it will be monday at the earliest before I can contact anyone about locating the parts. But, I will do so just as soon as I get off work Mon. afternoon ( I work from 3 am until sometime around 3 pm....although I have worked even later lol). If I see where I will be working late, I will call them from work in as much as I printed out the kit and part no.#s.
In the meantime, I know you said you contacted revell, but I was curious as to which department you had contacted and whether it was in the US or revell Germany.
I plan on contacting revell USA on Mon. also and was looking over their USA site and discovered this link : http://www.revell.com/catalog/produc...rt-696-11.html .
This is ther online spare parts order form, you might look it over, if not, like I said I will be contacting them anyway in search of the parts along with the other companies and a few hobby shops here in the states.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that it was too late in the day today for me to be able to do anything or really get to speak to anyone who might could help, so it will be monday before I get my "feelers" out and try to locate the parts.

have a good evening/weekend,

Greg
