So that's what you get up to on a Sunday. I must admit I always liked car boot sales but the pond now beckons on a Sunday morning so I haven't been for a long time.

I'm sure GW had access to some instructions resources a few weeks ago, maybe he has some ideas.

Kind of forgot to mention on the same stall I got a 1/72 Airfix Avro Vulcan in mint -still shrink wrapped- condition for a fiver!!!!
I promptly put it on fleabay (Not really a fan of jet bombers). Plus, any profit made will go to a much worthier cause.!!!!

Howdy Tiger,

Sorry I was slow on the reply. Ok, here we go, a quick search of google got me the same results I posted a few weeks ago that bunker spoke of. The link to the site can be found here: http://pws.prserv.net/gbinet.dbjames/sheets.htm

Here is the "deal" this guy offers:

The deal -
1. In the Airfix collector's world, instruction sheets do not change hands for money. I will mail an instruction sheet to anywhere in the world - all I ask is a donation to postage costs.
2. I cannot offer any particular style of sheet, there are just too many. Please don't ask for a sheet from a particular year. If there are different versions of the kit, that's fine, I'll try to keep appropriate versions of the sheets. But if you have a 1970s kit, I might just send a 1980s instruction sheet. It should be OK !
3. I will refund the postage costs for anybody sending me instruction sheets. Please be generous, otherwise this scheme will not work
4. This service will not normally extend to plastic bag Header Cards as they are collectors items, and often do change hands for money
5. Please also note that Humbrol offer a free instruction sheet replacement service for ALL the current Airfix kit range. PLEASE try contacting Humbrol first - their phone number is 01482-701191 or (+44)-1482-701191 from outside the UK. The Humbrol e-mail address is [email address].

e-mail me at [email address]

Be sure to check out the site for more info.

I hope this is of some assistance to you, have a good day,

Greg

Terry,

I have this Very Kit in the shed at my parents house, I will get hold of it and try and scan the instructions for you, I can then forward them via e-mail to you.

Regards......Mark.

Mark, You are an absolute star....Thankyou mate.!
Hope I can return the favor one day.
Thanks GW aswell, a great resource that is. It looks like Mark has the quickest route to the instructions. I'm just going to slap this apache together for the kids the kids to play with, and eventually smash back to pieces.
Cheers for all your help fellas.

If the other sources dont come up trumps, I also have the kit and the instructions are safely stowed in a folder, I can either send you a copy or email it.....let me know

Terry,

Sorry about the delay, I haven't forgotten about these....have been a little busy in studios !!!

I have got the instructions as promised but they are not on a straightforward A4 size sheet (Probably more A3 size) and if I cut them up for scanning I will ruin the other side.

I may have sussed a way to scan them but you will have to do a little jigsaw to rejoining the sheets after......not difficult. I will try to make it as easy as possible.

Regards.........Mark.
