Amazon.co.uk: Piston Type Mini Air Compressor: Toys & Games
That looks like a pretty good airbrush compressor for the money, is a genuine discounted price too, plus it comes with a regulator and water trap / filter so you can dial in the required pressure when airbrushing. You need the water trap as compressors compress the air and if it's a humid day this water has to go somewhere, the little jar filters that out so you don't get moisture in the air which would cause nasty splattering!
As the compressor doesn't have a resevoir you can use a long hose to help smooth out the airflow so it wont pulse as much.
I'd get a quick release adapter for the airbrush, (nice if you have more than one too) makes it easier to maintain the airbrush as it's a just a quick snap in coupling rather than a thread. Also make sure you get the required pipe threaded ends on your airline so you can connect you're airbrush up. The fittings are sold on ebay and pretty cheap too.
The second two you pointed out where pretty much just for keeping in the car and pumping the tyres up. Those are normally noisy and not meant for prolonged use.
Hope that helps!
