Attachments

I want to add some pictures to the Vigilant thread, but can't!!!
I've done this in the past with no trouble.
What happens is the "manage Attachments" is greyed out. If I try to use it a screen comes up for an instsnt, so quick I cannot read it, together with a blurping sound. Posting rules state that I may post attachments.
I can add attachments to the modelboatmayhem site with no trouble.
Advice please!!!

I don't know what's wrong with it, the option says

Number of files that may be attached to a single post. Set to '0' to have no limit. 0

There should be nothing wrong

The attachments window comes up fine for me.

Some times if you have pop-up blocker with your INTERNET security that can some times stop it and needs to be turn off,as it happened to me alot so i turn mine off and the windows come up.
