well m8 , there are other types of models out there that people have built and are interested in that dont really come under the categories of `THE NORM`, such as hovercrafts, ekranoplans, etc etc

plus might be an idea to have a tested section where people could commit any experineces of eqipment they have had, whthere motors, rc gear , model kits or model rail stuff.

just a couple thoughts m8

otherwiase things lookin cool

Suggestions for more Forums.

Can I suggest two that I would certainly use and try to get interest going, these would be 'Under Construction' you could call this one bones, everyone likes to see models being built up before the covering goes on,example below of a model being built that would fit this category admirably.

Also we need a section for full size inspiration, anything that would make a super model and inspire members to build one, whether it be a new racing car or old traction engine, you could call this one 'Wannabuild' or something like this, also good detail shots could be added here.

Smile

It was the name Seaspray that triggered the thought...how about waterplanes? Seaplanes, flying-boats etc or will that be covered by the aircraft section? Not as off-beat as Ekroplans and Hovercraft, practically any model plane can be fitted with floats. Lots of events all over the UK ( list in Alistair Sutherland`s column in June`04 A.M.I.
