i mean change things. like when you put the christmas theme up, the site was down for a few hours, then it came back with the christmas theme, same as when you changed it back to normal. and the same as when you changed the homepage yesturday.
There should be no downtime at all when a style is changed, the only downtime would be if the server went down and I can't remember when that happened, might want to try clearing your cache if it happens again
