First Post.

I am trying to build a period Peace For Galilee PLO guntruck technical and need some help with four basic sets of questions:

1. Is the Russian Project 1/35th ZPU-1 HMG a good kit? If not, are there any others (ZGU-1 also acceptable)? If so, where is the best online price for it?

2. Has Dragon, ICM or anyone else ever issued a 1/35th set of PLO fighters? I've looked at the Taliban and Mujahideen sets and both are fairly heavily clothed for a summer in Beirut (I also need ideas for the checked Kefiyeh (sp.) scarves if I have to scratchbuild).

3. If I have a 1/32nd civilian pickup truck, how badly 'off' is a 1/35th heavy machine gun mount going to look sitting inside it? Could something as simple as replacing the barrel with a longer tube improve things?

4. Are there any good sets of 1/35th antiaircraft missiles _with_ carrying cases?
