Hi guys, I have an interest in tanks (so has my son) and am gathering info at the moment.
One thing that strikes me is that there does not seem to be a 1:16 scale Abrams model available, only smaller and bigger. Maybe this is the time to build a 1:16 scratch model! Wanted a 1:12 scale but "everybody" is sold out (and hasn't re-ordered?) or does not ship to South Africa and there is nothing local and the 1:12 needs so much rework ... (moan,moan, grumble
). Maybe I will get there some day!
