      Panther II

Got this kit when I went to Bovi tank fest last year.

Its a good kit though its didnt exist as a complete tank, though the chasis was captured and now in Fort Knox museum but with a Ausf.F turret. The schmalturm was found at a factory and was range tested after the war, it niow resides at Bovington.

      So it could of been

The kit is typical Dragon, lovely detail and PE parts give it a lift..

I decided to give it a right pasting, as it might of been the last stand of the Reich in the grim days of April 45.

Used Acrylic spray to base coat and hand painted the camo, used enamels for weathering with a little Mig treatment.

Sorry not many pics of this one.

      Ade,

I wish you and your 'partners in crime' would stop putting stuff like this on the site! I'm spending far too much time admiring (and thinking "if only ...") your builds and nowhere near enough building my own!
