No pen or drawing can convey this land.....Evil and the incarnate fiend alone must be master of this war and no glimmer of Gods hand is see anywhere.....Annihilating, maiming, maddening....One huge grave and cast upon it the poor dead....it is unfathomable....I now know I shall sit at the right hand of the lord, soon I shed this mortal shell, for I have truly spent my time in Hell...

That's really excellent Jim, you can just imagine the fear of the German soldiers, facing those steel monsters for the first time.

Only one small thing that hit me - jerry cans weren't invented until the 1930's....

Thank you ever so much!... Ahh... Leave it to you Patrick! Though right you are, this pic sat in my brain and for some reason I imagined some kind of cans {maybe water?}

Alas Bigfoot57 I don't deserve a great build doodah - I only wish I could build to this standard! You need to add your doodah to Jim's original post.

For my money, this is what dioramas are about, a narrative and no compromise or resorting to caricature. If I saw this in a military or war museum, I'd study it for ages. Stunning Jim, simply stunning.
