Ghostbusters Firehouse, based on the Kenner model

This was built for a 4 year old (my wife's hairdresser's son). It's based, loosely, on the Kenner Firehouse and is made from wood and MDF. I've made it quite robust, but you can guarantee something is going to fall off! It could have been a bit neater on the inside, with a bit more sanding, but there you go.

Again, this was made using household parts, prints, etc. and normal wall paint, mixed with craft paint. I've actually sealed it with glow in the dark paint, so it does actually glow.

It also has a light switch from a 9V battery hidden behind the top level filing cabinet.

It was fun making it - I hope he enjoys it. However, I'm going to tell him to look at it and he's not allowed to play with it ;)
