We haven't had a chopper for a bit and before I get to far advanced I will share some of the work that I have done so far.
And the reason I have labelled as a matchbox build I because I will be using only the matchbox parts to make the original RAF machine I do have some appropriate decals on order.
Here's what it looks like so far up until the landing gear goes on.P1050150.JPGP1050147.JPGP1050148.JPGP1050151.JPGP1050154.JPGP1050156.JPG

Hi just looking round the site and saw this, always liked to see the office as you wingys call it. Looks good to me , plenty of detail in the display area.

This one has been sitting on the shelf of doom for far too long so it's time to drag it off and restart.
As I wanted to do the original RAF version and have been unable to source some original decals or replacements.
So I will be doing the out of the box version and have already replaced the undercarriage bay's and added some more detail on the nose.20190614_182747.jpg20190614_182800.jpg20190614_182809.jpg

Just put the engine's in but I won't be going with them on show hence only half painted and I have the rear half of the engine covers on but they will need a bit of work.20190616_171403.jpg20190616_171559.jpg

I have finished this one and the lack of updates is due to having another project on the way and this was just taking up much needed space.
