Right, this was painted with a brush (airbrush broken). So i painted and weathered the interior then glued the lot together (which was fun, NOT). I've built 1:35 AFV Club in the past and i think the 1:48 scale has the same number of parts, only smaller. I wanted to try something with this one so the lot got painted in German gray as in the real vehicle, now was the time to play and "have fun". I've got some Art Masking Fluid (Winsor & Newton) and put it where the crew would climb over it then gave it a good old white-wash. And you know, i liked how it turned out, after the masking fluid was taken off, it gave a 3D look. After some more weathering on the white-wash i got the look i was looking for and left it alone. The snow was the idea from Patrick's (dudster72). You see Patrick, this is the model why i needed to know. This was the first time i'd used baking powder. The display case is a spare one from a magazine i get (Combat Tanks Collection) so, i made sure it fitted ok and the base got the snow.
