I've given the big kitty a gloss coat & added the decals...all 8 of them! (the turret numbers are individual)

Then a first pin wash - it's amazing how something so simple adds so much depth & begins to move the model away from its 'toy-like' look.

I'll revisit it later to add a few more pin washes in slightly varying colours to break up the uniformity.

Thanks for looking

Thanks Monica, Scott, Ian, Steve & Polux :smiling3:

After the decals had dried & received a drop of Klear to seal them, I added a satin varnish coat. Over that I used oils to add a dot filter of Naples Yellow, Van Dyke Brown & Payne Grey.

The effect doesn't come through too well on the photos, but it's visible to the Mk. 1 eyeball.

After that had dried, I've added some chipping. Eschewing my usual method of sponge chipping, this time I used a small brush to keep more control so as not to overdo it.. I hope! ;)

Your fluffy one looks very similar to my Lola Moni. I don't know why it is, but the moment I sit at the bench, she's wanting a fuss made of her.

Yesterday I knelt down to pick up a dropped part & next thing I knew she was on my back, curling up for a nap!
