Hi everyone here's my completed 1/72 Ki-61 from revell @ £5. Sprayed with Vallejo metal colour and model air paints. It was purely for the exercise of the mottled green camo. I didn't bother with washes or weathering as there are no recessed panel lines aside from the flaps. I made a small simple base for it. Hope you like it.
Cheers John IMG_9379.JPG IMG_9380.JPG IMG_9381.JPG IMG_9382.JPG IMG_9383.JPG

Superb paint work john! That scheme is a bugger in larger scales so 1/72 is a proper difficult job . It looks fantastic and doesnt look like the ancient moulding it is, top work ,( i dont know why but ive always liked this aircraft!:D:D) cheers tony

Agree with Tony, that is a superb paint job John. That would sit next to any modern kit on a shelf and no one would know the age of it.
