Totally missed your updates Rick. I hope you manage to get the time and mojo to finish as you have put a lot of hard work in so far.

The baseboard frame is done, I used paint pens and a Helix stencil template to spell out some typical airframe markings found on RAF jets.
Every diorama needs people to add interest, I used figures from Preiser, Matchbox and Noch repainted to look like an armed guard and a couple of techies.
