Looking forward to seeing what you do with this. I bought a card HMS Belfast last year but I cannot find it! No idea where I put it but it will turn up I hope. Just worried it got thrown out with some old magazines but I don't think it did.

Good luck with the build and millions of pictures please ;)

right first update of the build. as requested have taken lots of photos if I am putting to many on please let me know:smiling3::smiling3::smiling3:

picture is the first page cut out ready for gluing. of all the knives I have I found the safety razor blade the easiest to control for the cutting. as for gluing the thin lines I used a old oil bottle from my e-vapour oils works quite well.

next was the lower part of the deck bit fiddly as you had to get the spine and cross sections to in the cuts made (starting to look like a ship:D:D)

hi all back with more updates of the build

name plates cut out and glued in place.
then the tricky bit was to curve the front and get the angles in the right place

this kit from the start has impressed me thinking it was just cut and glue. Then they came along with the base for the turrets the white sections to the right are three disc's. Glue the smaller one in position place the deck in over then glue other disc on top. by doing this it now means the turrets will rotate once complete
