I decided to try and build a diorama out of any thing that I could find in the house and came up with this. The bunker is made from foam board that you can find in any art shop. But since my mate retired I acquired loads of it. The ground work is polyblocks covered with old plaster and the earth is potting soil and vermiculite painted with some watered down wilkos tester pots. The door. And frame are made from a piece from an ice cream tub lid. The only thing I couldn't make or re use was the static grass. Even the kits were recycled.
Here's some pics

Top job. Clean and in order like in the German Army. I really love the terrace with the antiaircraft gun.

This is awesome col! Better than paying £25+ On a diorama base kit. Youve done a great job on this!
