Thanks guys I originally bought it to use as a mule to test out different weathering techniques but I'm quite impressed with it considering I only paid a tenner for it.

Hi all
Here's the latest pics of this build it was primed with Vallejo grey then coated with tamiya German grey and sealed with tamiya clear. Now that its dried I'm not to happy with the German grey it looks to dark any advice on fading it would be welcome

I'd say very nice indeed! :smiling3:

Have you seen this video on panzer grey colour modulation?

It's something I'm going to make an attempt at on a Tiger I'm currently building.
Perhaps it doesn't look realistic what he does - but it does look really nice, and a nice contrast to the heavily weathered tanks.
Also all tanks were at some point new and pristine. A crisp and clean tank, like yours, can look better than a heavily weathered one, and I would keep it crisp like that if I were you.

Thanks guys
Jens I have tried colour modulation before and never really liked the results. I tend to use oils and pastels to weather my models oncemthe base coats have been sealed in with varnish.
