Your "Top Three"...

Yesterday was a long day....working....
So, today I don't feel an imperative desire to continue building my current projects....:p
I was wasting my time on the workbench, just observing some finished models looking for inspiration.

All them are older and have different mistakes. But, for some reasons, those three are my favourites !! My best builds if I must choice three :smiling3:

This one is lost, but I remember it perfectly, was my first diorama!

Which are your creations? Those that made feeling proud of them?

Only three? Hmmmm...tough one.

My first is the 1/72 dio I did called 'SIGHT SEEING' of some Greek ruins being looked at by the crew of a P-III. I enjoyed this as a lot is scratch made and I also could see better and my hands didn't shake. This also won an award at a local model show.

My second is the little Austin K2 ambulance I did, again my hands and eyes were/are suffering but it was something I wanted to do as my Grandfather drove one and served in one in the desert.

My third choice is the ESS Elsbrig space freighter model, all made from kit bashed and scrap and a old carper cleaner I found washed up on a beach (much to the wife's disgust :D ) It was made into a concept visual for a short story based on a Alien fan-fiction story.

Very nice looking! How was the Airfix Stuka kit? I have an Airfix 1/24 BF109 in my stash...

My best three:
Dragon 1/32 Me110
ae.jpg
Airfix 1/24 Hawker Typhoon
09.jpg
Hobbyboss 1/32 Sturmovik
IMG_00000077.jpg
The Me110 and Sturmovik purely because they were such enjoyable builds. The Tiffy because I just love the impact that this big 1/24 scale model has. Interesting that my 1/32 Tammys are not among them, but I can only pick three.

So much to consider, so on the quick I'd say "Stalingrad!" dio, " Hell from above caf'e" dio and an old oddball halftrack kit bash made from four different kits and two different scales.

1. Loved this twin seat A-10. Needed a lot of weight to stop it being a tail sitter.F91A50A4-E51B-4E39-B1C9-ABD2F3F501EC.jpeg929F51A3-EAE9-4B57-88FB-C02F9CECE7F2.jpeg7209D976-779B-436F-99EC-04642F128302.jpegB003DE4C-D1F6-44FE-8B84-BB38B0C47142.jpeg
2. The tamiya 1/32 f-15 is a superb kit and I love this photo
3. A-6 intruder, one of the hardest kits I have ever built and my first go at scratch building. Great cockpit8B7930DB-A956-44B9-A423-9DBE3E94A828.jpeg
