Fillets for fighters.

Ever wondered how to get nice fillets on your low wing fighter ? get some Bond paper from a stationers ( high quality writing paper no lines ) now get a piece of sorbo rubber, for this carpet underlay will do fine, now with a rolling pin roll over the paper against the sorbo rubber, you will find that by adjusting the pressure you can make beautiful cures, now make a tracing from your model of the root fillet shape, transfer this to the bond paper, run Uhu stick around the area you wish to apply the fillet, place pre-formed fillet in place, result a lovely shaped fillet that will also serve to butt your tissue covering onto.
To stiffen up the fillet prior to tissue covering surrounding area paint with thinned PVA glue.
