Hi Hoofhearted,

And firstly a very warm welcome to the Scale Models forum. I hope that you find something of interst here and feel free to share your own pictures and experiences.

I like the New Brighton site. I was not too far away last May when I paid a visit to the Historic Warships place, sadly now closed.

Some of the pictures brought to mind an item on Ebay over a year ago now of an RC model coal barge. The model was heavily weathered and looked incredibly realistic. The thing I remember though was that the model was sat on top of concrete breakwaters just like the ones next to your pond.

Was that one of your members models then?

Nice site, lots of great info there, the only thing i would say is the site has "issues" in FF with frames on a couple of my machines, otherwise it worked perfectly across the board.
If you would like a link exchange with me that would be cool, just send me a pm, i hope you like these forums, everyone here is super friendly and so knowledgable!
