Hi Kevin,
If you are after any cutters or reamers, in fact almost anything to do with model engineering, you can't beat these two suppliers for quality and price

Hi
I have used both but niether will make specials. Drill services will grind most anything you want froma step drill to a one off reamer. Of the two you mention Tracey tools are the best in my opinion. Eurotrade tend to or seem to sell mostly chinese bits.

still worth knowing

cheers Kevin

Hi Kevin,
Sorry, thought you were one of the unknowing and bought their bits from the first place they came to.
Talking about one offs is another kettle of fish, my wallet won't run to such things, so I tend to design and make using only standard cutters and reamers, or make my own.

Hi John
No been using drill services for 20 years both in my job and my hobby (live steam).
Its nice to be able to have a drill ground for copper or a reamer reground to fit a worn shaft thats been re machined.

Cheers Kevin

A bit off topic but can anyone recommend any decent saw smiths who can sharpen tct tipped circular saw blades and bandsaw blades for woodworking equipment - preferably in the South East of England and who don't charge the earth?
