A shop that goes the extra mile

I have spent an hour ringing round to try and find a Digital Subaru for my sons new Scalextric and everyone I rang just said no they didn't have one, the guy at this shop said the same but also took the time to look for me to see if one had been made, which it hadn't

but anyway because he was willing to help and look up this info for me it saved me a lot of time phoning round other shops.

I can only agree with you there John,

Nice to see that shop saved you a lot more wasted effort. I will always support shops that do that little extra to provide a good service, they certainly deserve it & need it these days in this internet age where the market is very competitive now.

I have usually sent those shops a nice little e-mail thanking them for their service - after all it doesn't take much to show some appreciation & say Thanks and it certainly counts to them.
