Well got there in the end;)

I hope i have made Simon proud, I do not have anywhere near his skills, but heres the Valentine.

I planned to show a well worn and tired looking tank, where heat, sand and wind have worn away paint leaving a layer of dust and sand. Used a mixture of dust and sand pigments, fixed with enamel sand in a wash, dried then removed some using a make up sponge, NOT mine i add

Thats two finished in a week, time for a sit down lol

Very nice work Bob. Looks totally real. Having spent most of my life in that part of the world I know how worn vehicles soon get.
