Ok, paints came today (Vallejo Air). (Not ordered from Scale Model Shop, wifey ordered them from somewhere...I've put her straight on that ;) )
I've ordered a new Gorilla gel as I've found this very good on PE (moves a bit before setting so you can position easier).

I'm finishing a Spitfire at present which should be done by the weekend, then it's "Iceberg! Dead ahead!" time :thumb2: :tears-of-joy:

Ok, mods if you could move this to 'ships under construction' that would be great.

I'm confident here now to be guided so to speak!

I anticipate starting my RMS Titanic by Academy (1/400) this week.

So.. .on we (and I mean 'we'!!) Go!

As requested, Del, I have now moved this to the build section. Looks like a good kit with plenty of detail.
I tool the liberty of removing all the double posted photos. Sometimes that pesky upload button can be a bit finicky lol.
Always like a ship build so I will be following along for the ride.

..that didn't take long for a confusing bit! :

Instructions require me to remove these parts (and quite a few large areas of the deck)
Problem is they're clearly stairs?
The larger parts will require a proper cutter due to the amount and thickness so I've ordered a Dremel that I'll receive tonight.

So ...these stairs.
