Thanks for all the positive replies chaps. As I have done only the one side I may try to do a better job on the other side and if I take photos from the good side who will know? well, only everyone who looked at the bad side!

Andy, the black line on these boats was straight.
So the decal supplied with the kit is correct......

Thanks Ron, I have since found a load of pictures of the real thing on the net and mine is not that far out, and I always sleep easy, too easy some might say.

Well, after going back to this a few times I have decided that floaty things are definitely not for me so it will be confined to a corner, or perhaps even the bin because I just can not get fired up about it as vehicles are much more my thing. Sorry to disappoint anyone who wanted to see it done.
