I worked on the frame some tonight to strengthen the frame rails even more I used a technique my older brother taught me well over 30 years ago called “Ballooning” I used corn starch and super glue. Think I’m going to call it a night I have a early A.M. delivery. Enjoy the pics.92D9E747-D963-4FDC-922C-168966B482B3.jpeg84842799-87B9-4E03-B48D-91C0F868359C.jpeg59800000-1B81-49AE-AE2A-671EAB039A7D.jpegA2F4AC43-6A2C-4289-8E9C-12160A8CE271.jpegFD232511-B14E-46F7-B217-DF4E7B46449C.jpeg

That chassis looks a lot better now than when it was in two halves :smiling3: With a bit of paint I doubt you’ll be able to tell it was ever cut at all.

Just seen this one Lee, some real work needed to restore this kit, really liking the work so far, I've just pulled up a seat to watch the rest of the build.

Si. Thanks I think I’m going over come this beast.

John. Thanks. My brother is a brilliant model builder a high end detail master. When he was a teenagers in the early 1970s he would read Military model magazines get ideas and put them to work on his 1/25 trucks . I guess we’ve became full circle now I owe my talent what little I have to him

Ina. Thanks for stopping by and the complement. Glad you can stay hope to have a update this evening on that pesky front axle

Rick. Thanks I think I’m over the hill on the frame
