Well this has come a long way since I looked in. The PE has been worth the effort. The thin sides may make construction fiddly but they look much more to scale. So many ideas for tarps etc. I must try John's method.

Wheels added, a small adjustment was needed to get all 4 in contact with the ground, windows & lights added. P1060294.JPGP1060295.JPG

The launcher body is made from ten parts all very fiddly, and don't really improve the appearance. There are a whole load of tiny PE parts to fit on the missile 'wiring' - I'm going to see if they add anything, and if not, carefully consign them to the bin. This whole assembly is over engineered - rather typical of this model, you can spend a lot of time, for not a lot of visible result.
