Just about to log off when I spied this Andy.
Looks good, please don't weather it. Most Russian fire trucks are kept in good condition by their crews.
Will it be available for the forthcoming burn at Race Towers ?
The Dogs will be award tomorrow from the PC !

Andy,
I can only echo John - Looks Good! Firetrucks the world over, unless they are at an incident, are invariably kept in very good condition, and lovingly cleaned by their users ( I know several of the local part-time firemen who man the appliances & they keep them showroom clean, despite being over 10 years old! )
Did you have any real problems with the build ( apart from the heat! )

Thanks John, but I think the fuel bill to Lincolnshire might be a bit much. :smiling5:

Thanks for the comment Dave, no problems to speak of as it is typical ICM quality with loads of small parts but it all went together very well.

Andy.

As promised.

Congratulations Andy.

I follow on Y Tube several Russian fire services and quite agree there are many brigades still using these old trucks out side of Moscow.

My thanks to the committee for the dogs award, and sincere thanks to all for the encouraging comments that make me feel that I am improving after my late return to model making.

Andy.

Hi Andy
That is a great result. Fire trucks the world over are the pride of their crews and so are kept in beautiful condition - no weathering.
