Only joking ;)

Ooh how could you say such a thing:nerd::tongue-out3:;)

The building is looking good John, the guttering & damaged roof are very good, can't see how burning it will improve it, but prepared to see how!
Graeme, it's only done to get the right look to the beams and lath work. Going to have to be very careful when attempting it. Think a spray of water to the back wall and inside front will be needed, a sort of damage control so the flames don't destroy the whole lot:nerd::smiling3::flushed:.

Thanks all, now to the next stage, the other debris, don't want to over do it, I've had other dios where the rubble has been thick, but here as the building will be virtually intact I don't think a heavy layer is right.
The "dancing " figures are some where waiting for some final paint, luckily they won't need a lot of work .
Then there is the tractor, and the burning of the load bed. Here again some pre wetting will be required as I don't want any plastic melting.
Loads to plan and do .

Super flipping brilliant work John. I'm very impressed. I could learn a lot from your build if my little brain could absorb all this information.

Many thanks Andrew.
Actually I showed it another friend who joined us on holiday. He did a big train layout in his youth and dabbles with the odd kit every few years and he was blown away with the quality of your work.

Dear Fed Up With Painting .
There is only one paint brush worth buying for that sort of work, no not a yard brush , but a Purdy, hand made in the US, not your cheap set from the £ shop.
I've had some of mine for years , never loose a bristle. Always clean then thoroughly with a hand spinner after washing out.
Remember the painters dance as well, with a hoppety hop and a Skippy skip he will never have a painting drip !

JR, you never cease to amaze me......Purdy brushes? Do they actually sell them in the UK? Not only are they US mfg. But in Portland Oregon about 50 miles from where I grew up. My Father, being in the trades, swore by them. Never at them! When I bought my first home in 1977 I purchased Purdy brushes for all my painting needs. Still use them today. I have owned 5 houses over the years plus I did house painting during a 2 year furlough from United Airlines. So they didn't exactly hang on the garage wall.
Can't seem to wear them out.....guess I'll pass em on to the kids when I no longer need them. Cheers, Rick H.
