I am going to try and finish this.

Made up some railway sleepers for side armour.
Primed and painted, detailed painting, added decals and have done the first wash first wash.

On to the turret.
Primed and added main colour.
Added a jettison cables and clips and fed into turret

Next step is to add the lower firing cables which also go into the turret then fit the top rocket tube and wires.

That is a cracking build, I will have to revisit mine.

Thank you nice of you to say so, as for revisiting yours I don't think you need to mine is a long way off anything I can hope to ever achive.

One thing did you ever make the barrel lift arm release mechanism.

Hi John getting there slowly but it's only a stopgap at the minute. I'm waiting on my test results.
Railway sleepers is a something a bit different, Sherman's in the Pacific war did use wooden armour for extra protection.
