hi guys.
latest rail gun started ( not quite correct as it was only transported by rail and when it reached site it was lifted off cariages including firing platform by crane on to its base that was sunk into ground)

this model in 1 72 is big it is 26 inches long in total and 18 inches of that is barrel,if I hope to build firing platform and turn into dio when (if) it gets finished.

I know it's probably a stupid question Barry, but this looks very like the Leopold - in outline anyway. Wouldn't it have been easier to adapt one of those rather than building from scratch?
