Very nice Paul. As Scottie says there is a lot going on to hold the viewers interest. I particularly like the tile work. Very nice indeed sir:thumb2::thumb2:. Thanks for sharing

The haphazard shape of the tiles and the colour variation made the roof stand out for me:thumb2:

Here too Pete, but I never had Mumps.:hungry: PaulE
Isn't it chickenpox that leads to shingles? I never had mumps either, but had a bad dose of shingles a few years ago.

Paul, you must have lived in a bubble. By the time I was 12 I had all that and more lol!
Peter is correct, the chicken pox and shingles are the relative ailments. Hey, I think the roof looks good too! Cheers, Rick H.

I used to suffer from slates. I would turn grey, have moss grow on me and find I had to nail myself in to places to stand up. The good thing was I didnt have to wear a coat when it rained. Its similar to getting tiles but you dont feel as heavy but you are more fragile. Medication is a few sips of Aquaseal each day. The illness of being slated only lasts a few days and then you feel a lot more in line with everything.

Bubble hell. Almost died as an infant of whooping cough, only to almost die of measles at 5yrs.
Ahh, slates. The "forever roofing". Very popular in the Eastern US at the turn of the century. Some are still in use here in Dayton, Ohio over a hundred years later. That's a long time here in the US, unlike the rest of the world. PaulE

Ah Paul my seat, great that this is back. I've been outside in this warm weather but now things have reverted to normal I shall need that seat.
Yes that German took my prize pig and made off with it, the b***er !!!

Thank you gentlemen. Mojo's a bit low due to persistant gray days & SWMBOs' harrasment for taking up her bay in the garage w/model RR benchwork & not getting rid of the "vette" (the other bay houses the Corvette), but will push through. PaulE
