Creeping up on this slowly. Top plates located, hatch cover installed, Lower valve located and installed and last but not least fitting and assembling the forward and rear tank supports. Trial fit is a little rough but ...

I haven't been here in awhile as I have been struggling with the next step in this effort. I have had to make some serious compromises in order to keep from scrapping this and starting over so here is the latest.
