Converting ROCO's MB firetruck w/water pump trailer into a radio/field telephone exchange truck w/genny trailer. Step1 - disassemble truck & trailer, cleanup & fill holes in truck roof, cut window glass, remove rear partition from right side of truck body & fit telephone equipment.

Thanks gents. It's supposed to be a field telephone exchange from Trident, Rick. I've removed the two wings to be repositioned. Meant to be a 251/11 conversion. It will have a radio set & writing table attached to it's forward face.
And a Merry Christmas to ya'll. PaulE

Looking good Paul. Hope the fat guy with the beard was good to you and glad you're gang building a pair of com truck instead of one.
I have a couple of these myself but haven't decided yet what I will do with them. Will be following closely.

Thank you gentlemen. Figs & camo next. Out of edibles, you'll have to settle for chocolate chunk cookies. PaulE

Chaos, Genius, and Chocolate Chunk Cookies... sounds like a great book! The comm trucks look good so far, can't wait to see them painted up. I seem to remember a plate or two in Panzer Colors with this or a similar vehicle.

Thanks Steve. You'll see the field telephone version has a hinged rear door & I've cut away the glazing for the side doors so you should be able to see the crew at work. The radio version is set up to be on the move so rear door closed, but windows open.
Dzohn, I'll bet the scale lumber caught your eye. PaulE
