I think Stevie would get a kick out of it, although I'm not aware he played the lute. PaulE

Messieurs You are all too kind. Still waiting for more figures to come in the post plus I ordered an LED Fire kit (Knowing that 453 is watching) still waiting to add that to the base. Meantime here is the famous Looter (See what I did there?) Steven Ray de Vaughn Esq.

He looks a damn sight far better than Hagar's daughters boyfriend. :tears-of-joy: Always nice when the hues are so vibrant after seeing so much olive drab.

Cheers

Just had a thought, if he’s playing the lute, shouldn’t he be called Richie after Blackmore? Love the Hagar reference.....great cartoon.....especially Kvack the duck.....

Thanks all. Maybe he should be called Sting..... anyway

Allow me to introduce Fulbert Abelade Trump the well known soothsayer. Obviously known to his friends as Fat Liar. Apparently in later life he emigrated to the New World where he founded a long line of Soothsayers....or NOT

I managed to extend the base so that things can now fit.

I then started on landscaping it all. Now I use landscaping as a means to try new techniques. First up I cast some rocks using the tin foil technique. Came out OK but I will do better next time. Inspired by my first little tree I decided to sculpt something bigger. Again from magic sculpt with a little natural product sourced from the garden. Still quite a bit of gardening to go but it's on the way.

Hi John
The caravan etc is nice addition. Certainly worth extending the base to accommodate it. Gardening is effective.

It’s never easy to add new parts on a diorama once builded...but this one fits perfectly!

John, WoW! ...from a vignette to a bignette. :smiling2: Amazing how fast the ideas and construction you have made...you shall henceforth be known as the other "P Day" the Dio Constructor. :smiling6:

Lovely composition and landscaping.:thumb2:

Richard

I really appreciate everyone looking in and leaving such kind comments.
I think the new tree is about done now. I will still be adding some floor covering, and maybe the odd mushroom or three.
